When I download the latest sample file from the samples link (https://bitbucket.org/GainFuturesDev/comapisamples/src/master/Excel/) that excel file uses the OECCOMAPI and not the GF COM API. Is there a new version of the Sample file available that I should be using as this one doesn't work with the GF COM API as expected |

Hi Jason, Sorry for the delay, there was some issues in our process that made it that I had to wait to get back on this. If you could send me that new file that would be very helpful. We're hoping to turn this around in a fairly short time frame from here. Al |

Here's what I was able to gather so far. 1. Excel version is 2007 pro 2. API version is unknown, except we know it is a DDE link |

API Support » Missing Reference in COM API Sample May 22, 2019 @ 06:10 PM (Total replies: 1) | |||||
I downloaded the 32 and 64 bit COM API for Excel and no matter what I do, I can’t get the sample to load without issue. It always throws an error saying it can’t find the reference to the Open E Cry API COM Looking at the path, it’s hardcoded for a user that does not exist on my machine. I also can’t see the full path to the file to know what file it’s even trying to make reference to.” |
