These fields are missing from OECAPICOM:

Public field Static member MaximumEnd
Maximum execution stop time. Flag of default behavior
Public field Static member MinimumStart
Minimum execution start time. Flag of default behavior

We need these in order to support time-released orders.

The next release of the COM version of the OEC API should be very close to feature parity with the .NET version.

These fields are definitely included.
