I have a few questions regarding DOM:

  • Does DOM subscription give all bid/ask size changes or is it throttled?If it is throttled, what is the throttle rate?

  • Is the DOM subscription faster than OnPriceChange?

DOM data is throttled to 4 updates per second. The actual number may vary, but it is always slower that price subscription.
