We have reports from users of the data feed lagging under fast market conditions. We only process trade data from this callback, OnTicksReceived.

Here is one report:

Is there anything you could do, because I do not know what to tell this user?

Thank You,

Another thing we have mentioned before and we have seen, is that the tick by tick feed just stops. As I said we are only processing trades from this callback, OnTicksReceived.

We also gave the user a test to do in Sierra Chart to see if the lag is being caused by their system. I will let you know what we find out.

We have not heard from the user and do not know the results of the test that we asked them to do. They were a free trial user and we do not know if we will hear from them again. If you do not find a problem, then we can just let the issue go for now. We do know this user was located in Italy.

We have heard from the user and they said they don't not see the problem when they close their other trading applications. So this was due to bandwidth limitations.
