We have reports where users are 2 trades for every one trade. Here is a link to one of the reports:

On our account on the Sim system we do not see this.

We do not see this in all our environments. could it be a client software problem?

We do not see how it could be. Also it began without us changing anything. Could it be something with the COM interface?

are you sure your application doesn't subscribe for the tick event twice?

As far as I can tell, there is no condition where our application would subscribe for ticks more than once on a symbol.

We have tested this ourselves and have not seen the problem, but we are reporting this problem as seen by one of our users.

I mean programmatically, like adding same handler to the event twice.

We looked over our code and do not see this problem. We also considered the possibility where maybe we are subscribing twice due to getting a second callback. However, this is not possible either due to how we handle the callback.

Maybe this only happens on the production system? I tried to connect to that but could not.

I checked all environments, but could not reproduce that.

does it happen always or only at specific time?

does it affect new ticks, or historical, or both?

I do not think it is historical. It affects new ticks.

It is continuous as far as I can tell.

I will get the OEC username of a particular user who is having a problem and I will let you know the time they are having a problem. You can then check their account and let us know what you find.

Did you make any changes? I no longer hear about this problem. So I assume the customers are okay. I will contact one of them that I have a close relationship with and double check.
