Hi,

A customer using our software and the OEC COM API called in this morning and rattled off some error message about a connection pool. He didnt' have the error up any more so I don't have the exact wording. About the same he got the error he was no longer able to request intraday charts and his daily charts stopped updating. He tried exiting and restarting the software before calling, and we tried once more on the call. The second time things started working again.

Is there an error from the API about a connection pool? What does it mean? What are the steps to remedy it?

I heard later in the day that a couple of the systems at our office had OEC connection issues around the same time.
