Hello, I want to connect oecapicom.tlb library in C + + Builder 2009 (component-> importcomponent-> ...) and error has occured:

[ILINK32 Error] Error: Unresolved external 'Mscorlib_tlb::IID__Exception' referenced from C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\WIND\MY DOC\RAD STUDIO\PROJECTS\DEBUG\OECAPICOM_OCX.OBJ

how to connect?

We do not support C++ builder.
Try using Microsoft Visual Studio instead.
