I am wondering how this works, If you send at (10:00) a news message saying for example that the price server is down. then at 10:30 I log on. Do I get this message as soon as I get logged on. or did I miss out and try to get data and it doesn't and I am all mad and give you a call? The first would be optimal.

There are 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't.

They do not appeared to be queued for a second login into the same account. I was logged into a real account and sometime last night or this morning got a message about a CME change in the OEC Trader app. I logged out and logged in with a second login for that account and did not get the message. I don't have a bunch of real accounts to log in with to test this.

I received the announcement about the CME change 20 or so minutes ago via OnNewsMessage. Works for me.

As mentioned elsewhere it would be nice to test this "on demand" rather than waiting around for a message.
