OEC Trader Demo's had 9 post-reconnect dialogs up this morning from the weekend. The chart was visible and had all of Sunday's data. It stopped at 07:16 MDT this morning. TNT Live was still stuck at market close last Friday.

I had GCLX9 running over the weekend on OEC Trader Demo and it is up to date. Is this an issue with specific exchange feeds?

I'm going to stop running this test again unless there is something specific you want tested.

I had been running this test on a demo login up to this point. Yesterday we had some customers say it had been affecting their real logins as well. I tested with OEC Trader and OEC Trader Demo on 6CZ9 1 min starting mid-day yesterday.

Demo stopped updating at 13:44 MDT, I restarted it after market open, and it stopped again at 04:00 MDT.

Real stopped updating this morning at 06:48 MDT.

You're welcome. We would love any heads-up on what the issue might be and possible ideas you may have been trying in OEC Trader to work around it.


Today 6CZ9 1 min ran fine in demo and real until 14:43 MDT when the real stopped updating. The demo of course paused at market stop, but it picked back up at market open. I reset the real chart by switching time frames so that it is now updating again.

Demo is still running fine. Real stopped this morning at 05:53 MDT.

Demo is still going, real stopped again at 10:38 MDT. Again this is 6CZ9 1 min chart. This shows me the problem affects both but not at the same times. I am going to conclude my test until I hear it has been fixed.

Great news - on this Friday close we are releasing a fix that possibly resolves the problem with stopped charts.

The fix that was released this last weekend didn't fix the problem. This is still happening. Please keep looking into this problem. thanks.

I tried 6CZ9 in OEC Trader Demo for the last hour or so and it stopped at 12:23 MST.

We are planning to release a hotfix this Friday - it should resolve the problem.
