I am using RequestTicks for GOOG,AAPL,MSFT and IBM with the dates from 9-24-10 06:30 PST - 9-24-10 13:00 PST and it was working earlier but I no longer get any ticks back.. Do you guys do maintenance on the servers or anything like that..? It was working an hour ago with the same code so I'm not sure what's going on.. Getting bars and quotes seem to work fine..

I do seem to get ticks for OXPS for some weird reason..

We are providing only last 9000 ticks for equity contracts

Please try to open a tick chart window in OEC Trader Developer: it will help you estimate available time range
