Hello,
How can I recieve value of indicators from any chart? For example, I have chart 6EZ0 with Parabolic SAR and I want to know current value of SAR in my application.

OECAPI has no relations with chart data.

Am I right that if I want to develop an algorithmic trading system based on technical indicators I can't do this with OEC Trader?

You can do it via Custom Indicators framework inside OEC Trader
