Is there a way to get information (like orders) of older sessions? I'm planning to build a statistics tool to generate a report about MAE, MFE, and so one . For this, I need access to orders filled in previous sessions.

OECAPI doesn't provide information of older sessions. But, probably, Trader's reports can help to get it.
