when I try to get the list of Contracts available, I see that the list count is 0. Can you suggest what is wrong there?

Hello,

initially, if you have no positions and orders, OECAPI doesn't load contracts (with some exceptions). To get contracts you need to use SymbolLookup or RequestContracts methods that download contracts from OEC server.
