OnDOMChangedEvent Delegate and OnPriceChangedEvent Delegate return a Contract with Price and DOM. Price contains Best Bid, Best Ask. Does the DOM also contain the Best? Or put another way, does DOM contain the complete list of prices and volume for a contract?
