(1) Does the API respond to order-modification commands? My client submitted an order-modification command, but it's in pending state, and has been in that state for more than a few minutes.

(2) Are there any documents or explanations of how order modification works?

I can find little snippets here and there in the docs for different functions, but it'd be nice if it was all in one place somewhere. I think I'm doing it right, but I'm not 100% sure.

(1) API raises http://www.openecry.com/api/api/OEC.API.OnCommandUpdatedEvent.html . If you see delays in command execution, please give me order # and will try to figure out the reason.

(2) Unfortunately, we have no such documents right now.
