I try running 'simple com book.xls' from new api and get message
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". What mean this message?

it seems that something blocks your API connection.
try running a command "telnet api.openecry.com 9200" - if it does not connect, then you have to check your firewall/router setup.
Also check whether dev trader connects to server from your machine.
