We have a customer with an account that has orders with the CurrentState of Unknow. Why is this? What is this state? The account is a demo account

Unknown state can appear during our maintenance period, mostly during weekends. During normal process Unknown state will return back to Working before the end of this period. If you see it during normal trading hours, please send me order id for investigation.
