We have a customer on who's computer we can telnet to port 9200 on sim and prod.openecry.com, and we can view the web pages at those servers and use the login button in the top right corner, and they can connect with other computers on the same network, but when we try to connect with our software, with OEC Trader Demo or with Advanced API Example (EXE) it says:

Connect to OEC Server failed. Please check your internet connection. The system detected an invalid pointer address in attempting to use a pointer argument in a call.

How can we get more support debuging the invalid pointer address error to figure out what is really going on?
