We have a user who was getting this message since yesterday. It starts as soon as our software logs into the API and repeats occasionally as long as it is running.

The message stopped before we were able to dig too deeply, about the same time their stop order took them out of the live cattle market.

Our software was getting the message as part of the mscorlib::_ExceptionPtr.Message on the OnError call-back handler.

How can we figure out what index was out of range?

I've received the username via our Customer Service.

Stack Trace of unhandled exception points to event handler of OnAvgPositionChanged. Unfortunately, we do not have more detailed stack trace for COM application.
