It looks like we stopped receiving real-time data around 18:17-18:40 UTC today. Since then we haven't received any price updates for any symbols. Restarting the connection didn't change anything, and I noticed this on multiple accounts.

Should we post issues like this on the board or email you?

we experienced short disconnection from CME today at 2:15 ET, but it was fixed promptly, and since that no price problems were encountered today.

Are you still not receiving any data?

For all the symbols we're tracking, I haven't seen any data after 18:39 UTC. We haven't been getting any data on any of the three accounts and two systems we're using. I also don't seem to be getting any historical tick or minute data -- even if I request data before that cutoff time. OnBarsReceived gave me an array with no elements.

could you please test it with trader or tdm application under the same login you are using for price collection?

It appears that we do get data with trader. I also tried using the OEC API COM C++ sample project and that was giving me no data. One thing I realized was that we're using the api server for all of our data collection. Could that server be the problem?

our api server is having technical problems now, we are working on solution. This expected to be resolved in a few hours.

However, I have to warn you against using api server for anything except development and testing - this server does not fully resemble production and sim environments, especially in terms of continuous avaiability.

I don't think our SierraChart2 and SierraChart3 accounts can connect to anything other than the api server. Can you allow those accounts to logon to the sim or production servers?

Also we were given access to subscribe to 120 symbols with these accounts on the api server. Could you give us that access on the other servers as well?

What server would be best for us to use for data collection?
