I noticed these three orders were cancelled by the system this morning at 6:48AM EST is there any other information from OEC's side to determine the reason why they were cancelled?
Here are the OEC ID's (this is on the test-staging server): 202356326 202356327 202356328 I cannot find anything in our code to cause this cancellation, it looks like it was system generated (i.e. from the OEC server side). We are going to have to place fail-safes in our code to exit positions in case this happens again. In the meantime I was hoping to get some support to determine what might have caused this - please reply with any other information contained in the system that may have caused this behavior. These orders were cancelled accidentally by our administrator. You can find out a new Cancel command in the list of commands of these orders.
Our administrators can cancel customer's orders in production too in some situations like margin call. Victor Vins Lead Software Developer |
