With real and demo accounts in OEC Trader Demo, I tested that no bars are received - i.e., there is no volume - for CC-MH3 for the last 16 minutes of trading from at least 2/1/13 - today 2/7/13.
That seemed fine until a customer provided me with this link: http://www.admis.com/QuotesChartsNews.aspx?page=chart&sym=CCH13&domain=adm&display_ice=1&noform=true&op=y&cancelstudy=&a=I:5&studies=Volume;Volume;&cancelstudy=1 It shows volume for CC ICE Mar 13 up until close on a 5 minute chart, which differs from the 5 minute CC-MH3 chart in OEC Trader Demo. Chatted with OEC support re. issue: Ok, this is a known issue. This has been addressed to our developers and we are working to get it fixed. CC-MH3 is now expired. However, CC-MK3 and CC-MN3 are showing the same bug. I wrote a new post for CC-MK3 and CC-MN3, as an expired symbol might get no more attention in the forum. The new post is at:
