Hi -

I used the interface on this site under My Account to reset my balance, in the past I have had to follow up with a phone call for the change to take.

I reset it to $5k if someone could check and verify and reset it to $5k that would be great otherwise I will make a phone call tomorrow morning to reset if necessary.
