Some of our customers are receiving this news message from the OnNewsMessage callback: ALERT: cancel 70852405 today. They are not doing anything at the time they receive the message, and each has received this message a few times today.

This is not a bug; we just would like to know the meaning of the message. All these customers are reporting the same number/msg.
