We received multiple reports from demo users that they are being kicked out of their session. At that time, they receive a message that "Duplicate User Login Not Allowed" (paraphrase). I have experienced it myself on one occasion on Friday 7.26 8:15 MT on my CWeber327 account. This msg is new and started to appear within the last three weeks. Has there been any server-side activity/code change that could be producing this kind of message for demo accounts? We are resetting the users password for their accounts, but we have no idea if that works, as each of these users, including myself, have been using the account that produces this message on only one machine.

I see a bunch of reconnections on 7/25 with a reason "connection was forcibly closed by remote host". Connection on 7/26 was closed with the same error, but without reconnecting back. It could be a network issue between your application and our server. Could you please turn on OEC API logs on your side to check the reason on your side? If it is the same, it is definitely a network issue.

Thank you for looking into it. We will turn on the api logging as you suggested and add some more logging and user messaging to our application as well. Thanks again,
