After a possible disconnection from the OEC FIX server, OEC server keeps sending a Logout message in response to a Logon message.

What do you need in the Logon message to log me on ?

FIX message history below (Password masked)

I send a heartbeat:
8=FIX.4.4 9=58 35=0 34=1575 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:14:15.608 56=OEC 10=240

No response from OEC server so I send another one:
8=FIX.4.4 9=58 35=0 34=1576 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:14:45.886 56=OEC 10=252

No response to that so time for a test request message:
8=FIX.4.4 9=67 35=1 34=1577 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:15:00.887 56=OEC 112=TEST 10=009

Perhaps I’ve been logged off so I send a Logon message:
8=FIX.4.4 9=134 35=A 34=1 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:15:28.890 56=OEC 98=0 554=password 12003=b 98=0 108=30 141=Y 10=063

And some more:
8=FIX.4.4 9=134 35=A 34=1 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:16:00.891 56=OEC 98=0 554=password 12003=b 98=0 108=30 141=Y 10=055

until OEC responds with a Logout message:
8=FIX.4.4 9=51 35=5 34=1 49=OEC 52=20140521-16:25:15 56=MHall9108 10=131

So I try to Logon again:
8=FIX.4.4 9=134 35=A 34=1 49=MHall9108 52=20140521-16:25:17.688 56=OEC 98=0 554=password 12003=b 98=0 108=30 141=Y 10=067

And OEC Logs me out again.
8=FIX.4.4 9=51 35=5 34=1 49=OEC 52=20140521-16:25:17 56=MHall9108 10=133

This continues until I kill the process.
