There appear to be a shift back and forth between the two following syntax :

=username|tik!'6SZ7?LastVol'

and

=username|quote!'6SZ7?LastVol'

Which is supported ?

We support both syntaxes, but first ("tik") one was obsolete and used only for compatibility reasons.

please use
=username|quote!'6SZ7?LastVol'

Indeed, tik don't seem to update on a consistent basis.

these syntaxes are equivalent.

please elaborate - what problems are you having with price updates?
