I'm reviewing the addition of the new FIX fields on the api gateway and I'm seeing the following:

8=FIX.4.4|9=244|35=8|34=14|49=OEC_TEST|52=20150324-19:42:04.145|56=JJongsma|1=API002527|6=0.00|11=b6c49d98-65ec-4506-8f62-35b26aae06b8~0|14=0|17=5618522|37=203131684|38=1|39=0|40=|44=2085.5|54=1|55=ES|59=|60=20150324-19:42:04|150=0|151=1|200=201506|461=FXXXXX|10=080|

This is breaking the parser but I was able to grab the whole message from Wireshark.
Fix fields 40 (OrdType) and 59 (TimeInForce) missing data.

Note this is only for live Execution Reports. The fields are present and correct in the status messages I receive for the orders.
