With respect to the mesage Enqueued at pos 2: 8=FIX.4.49=221 35=B 34=249=OEC52=20160322-21:35:5556=MutualOilTM58=ALERT:Please disregard the Zaner360 platform message regarding the status of ATC. It should have only gone to those using ATC as their broker.61=1148=Notification10=188 I believe that it IS a news message Field 35 = B Per your documentation at http://futures.gaincapital.com/api/api/index.html# MsgType: B Alerts, notifications, reminders and news from OEC TradeDesk Message type B is News which includes Alerts per your definition. Does this mean that you have no way prevent News messages independent of their contents from being sent to us? Jack Chadowitz |

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately we are not getting the execution report that you said we should get. I ust performed a test at 11:31:55 EDT. We got a message Processing order #28. It is now 12:00 EDT and apart from regular heartbeat messages every 30 seconds we have received no other messages including the execution report. Can you explain where the problem lies? We are trying to ignore it but we are having problems. We can only do one test a day when you restart your server at 535pm and we get an a message. I was told that the development server cannot send these messages. Is there a way to trigger these messages on your development server so that we can test more frequently than once per day. Hello Evgeny, Can you explain what you mean by client. We are receiving news that is unsolicited and that is not of interest to us. We are trying to handle these unsolicited messages but it would be best if we did not receive them. For example yesterday at 17:35:55 EDT when your server restarted we received: Enqueued at pos 2: 8=FIX.4.49=22135=B34=249=OEC52=20160322-21:35:5556=MutualOilTM58=ALERT:Please disregard the Zaner360 platform message regarding the status of ATC. It should have only gone to those using ATC as their broker.61=1148=Notification10=188 Can you please not send us news messages. How do I identify which client I am so that you can shutoff news specifically for us. Thanks Jack Chadowitz |

Our real time exchange which includes automated trading must be active from 7am to 7pm EST. Per your documentation OEC FIX API FIX/FAST and FIX over SSL dated march 10 2016 Times of Operation Sunday 5:00 pm ET - Friday 6:00 pm ET. OEC FIX Order Server has a maintenance window between 5:30 pm ET and 6:00 pm ET each day. During maintenance window the server can be restarted. 5:30 pm ET-5:35 pm ET is a “silent” period: open connections will be closed at 5:30 pm ET and new connections will not be accepted 5:35 pm ET. My question is: What will be your servers response if we try and place an order during this period. Please answer with respect to both 530pm to 535pm and 535pm to 6pm separately. Jack Chadowitz
