According to GAIN's official supported contracts documentation:

These symbols are supported:

WS-GCL CS
WS FTS
BH-WS CS
AUD/NZD 6A-6N CFS
CHF/JPY 6J-6S CFS
AUD/CAD 6A-6C CFS
HH-GNG CS
...

Yet, none of these symbols (and many more) have any contracts available in OEC Trader or through the api.

Further, these FTS contracts are available in OEC Trader and the api, but are not listed in the offical GAIN spreads spec documentation:

VX FTS
WSG FTS
PJY FTS
...

Is there a problem with the api or how you create the listing of the contracts listed as being offered?

The mismatch between what the api is providing and the official GAIN documentation about what is offered makes it much harder to use the api and OEC Trader as a real account trader and in order to support real account traders as well.

Please reply to confirm whether it is an error on the website regarding what is offered or in the api or both.

The Contract Listing will be reviewed and updated by our Trade Desk. If you do not see the symbol pull up in the API, this means it is not supported for electronic trading.
