I've got some programmers working on installing this API into my trading platform, but we ran into an issue a couple days ago. The data stopped coming in. I have a version of the platform with the basics of the API in there. It was giving data on the @ES up until a couple days ago. As this was a compiled version, and the platform was receiving data a few days ago, I'm wondering why it stopped. No code changed from the time it was working, till the time it stopped.

My account still has 2 months on it.

Did something change? How could I get this working again?

This issue is known. Only COMEX and NYMEX are currently quoting in the Developer environment. The other exchanges are temporarily unavailable and we are working to get them online again. Try using Crude Oil (GCL), Gold (GGC), or Silver (GSI) in the meantime.

The issue has been resolved. All exchanges are now providing real-time data.
