How i can use Predefined indicator like Stockestic, EMA,Bollingerband etc through OEC API.

The API does not offer indicators. If you are referring to building your own indicator inside OEC/GAIN Trader, please take a look at our custom indicator guide: https://gainfutures.com/wp-content/uploads/CustomIndicators.pdf

A Developer account is not needed for building custom indicators in our software. The Developer account is used for building your own front-end and connecting via .NET or FIX. Please confirm what you are trying to do.
