Wonder if there is any UAT server for testing?

I just started to write the code for Gain Capital. I tried to connect to api.gainfutures.com:9200, but got rejected. Is there any UAT server to test connectivity and other trade functionalities? Thanks!

I use the C# library, and the reject reason I got was "SoftwareNotPermitted". Do I need a UUID to connect to any testing server?
