first of all, I would like to thank the OEC API team for the provided C# examples. Unfortunately they are all written as "windows applications".

It would be very kind, if you could also provide a simple C# "console application" to see how things like delegates, events, ... are managed in this
form of application.

Currently we have no such sample nor do we have any immediate plans to devote development resources to developing such a sample.

It seems your questions are not related directly to the OEC API and directed more towards Windows and .NET programming. If you have any specific questions we will be happy to assist.
