I have connected to the internet through proxy server with opened ports 9200, 9201 but after login I got message: "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 64.74.106.8:9200". In the same time connection through dial-up was working properly. May be I should customize OEC connection through proxy however I couldn't find out such a settings in the program's environment.

Currently we do not have support of a proxy server in the software.
