Hi, I'm trying to restart my initial balance and my account is locked.

Why it's happen?

I'm so glad to hear about it because my other account was locked yesterday too and I didn't failed to log in so much times. I really want to know if these log in tries came from my IP Address. How can we verify it?

How often it's happen?


Please unlock my account.

Hello,

I guess in your case you have met one of our protection mechanisms:
API has special restriction to protect from brute force attacks - in case if login attempt failed for 5 times due to an incorrect password, account will be locked for the next 5 minutes.

I'm checking our logs to find what exactly happened with your accounts. I will let you know about results.

I couldn't find anything about lockout of your accounts in our logs for the last 7 days.

Could you please provide more details on that - date and time of login attempts and used username. Please send me this by private message, do not post it to the forum.

Also, if you still experience this issue - please check what is the value of Reason parameter in OnLoginFailed event handler.
