Hello,

when I trying to receive historycal ticks by method RequestTicks(contract,number) with numbers 0..65000 or RequestTicks(contract, start datetime) with start date DateTime.Now.AddHours(-0..48), I receive only empty packet which usually received after I getting ticks.
I use demo account.

Could you please specify your username in Demo environment and also a contract you tried to request data for?
