Can someone look into the quote service, we are getting price change data for ES, NQ, and YM but no price change data for 6EM3.

Last event for 6E was triggered at 4:59:18PM (EST)

Meanwhile we are getting price change data regularly for ES, NQ, and YM within the last minute.

Still no 6E data, was the rollover performed early?

Can I get a response please?

The contract 6E was one that was impacted yesterday and incurred 20-25 minutes of downtime from market open at 6pm EST. OEC Developers may reload data or fill in gaps, if that data is available to us. As of right now, there is still gap for this contract.

This was not due to a "rollover." Contract rollover happens later this month.

Thanks for the reply Chris.

I have restarted our application multiple times on staging and we are still not seeing any new data for 6E. Are quotes for 6E turned on? We are using

OEC.API.OnPriceChangedEvent(this.oecClient1_OnPriceChanged);

and the last event captured was from yesterday.

Do you expect to have this functionality working today?

As of now I have my business partner email me the price change data from the OEC real money application so that we don't get out of synch.

Is anyone looking into this issue? 6E price change data has not been working since June 3rd at 5PM EST.

Here is a list of all symbols that have not reported any price change data since 6/5/13 17:00 EST:
    6EM3
    6CM3
    6MM3
    6NM3


Here is a list of symbols that have reported no problems with price change data:
    ESM3
    NQM3
    YMM3
    6AM3
    6BM3
    6JM3
    6SM3
    DX-MM3
