KE contracts (KC Wheat) contracts KEN4, KEU4, KEZ4 have 0.00 for their Initial/Maintenance margin in OEC Trader and when accessed via the api.

This is true for demo accounts only; the real account has non-zero values for KE contracts Initial/Maintenance margin.

We hope this can be fixed, as it is negatively impacting customers.

API/SIM environments have been Updated. PROD is not an issue.

Tested fix:
- in OEC Trader Demo
- and using OEC COM API feed for demo/sim
- over the KEN4, KEU4, KEZ4 contracts

Initial and Maintenance Margin on these contracts are now non-zero and correspond to published contract specs.
