When I tried to login to my account using username and password you provided I received the following error message: The following validation errors are present: UUID: Sorry, you do not have a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) assigned to your account yet. Your UUID is generated after your login to the 'My Account' section for the first time. When you login for the first time you are presented with a list of questions to pick from and a text box to provide your secret answer. After you submit this information, your UUID is generated. Please contact our office for further assistance at support@futuresonline.com or call us at 800-811-6953. Can you, please resolve this issue? Thanks. |

What is developer account? I tried JGrahovac using OEC API and I got:Login Failed: InvalidUserOrPassword I also tried to use JGrahovac2 to login here: https://myaccount.gainfutures.com/Account/Login?WLID=257 but it failed. Can you please send me username and password? Also what am I supposed to use in Account field (where I use APIFX003265 while testing)? Is there any timeframe when I can call you to help me out with these issues? It's been almost half a year since I'm trying to setup an account!!! |

Hi Chris, I can't login to my live account. I tried username JGrahovac and the password you provided in the previous e-mail. So is my username JGrahovac or something else? Also in the previous e-mail you didn't provide Account field (what used to be APIFX003265 during the testing). What value should I provide in that field? Thanks. |

I sent a few Market orders for EUR/USD using APIFX003227 account. All were buy orders for 100000(I tried 10000 as well) without price and all were rejected. I tried Limit order with the price, the same rejected. Is there any way I can see the reason for the rejection. Thanks. |

What do you mean by "You have two accounts for your Developer username". I was not able to get currency pairs (only currency futures)? Yes, I was using Forex.com FIX. As for development I noticed that on One Link API I can only have future contracts and currency contracts. I wasn't able to get currency pairs (like EUR/USD for example). Can I get currency pairs or I will have to develop and test my system using future contracts. I have downloaded the form and I will send it once I pass conformance test. |

Chris, I was using FIX protocol on Gain Capital back in 2008. and 2009. Then I moved to FXCM. A month ago FXCM sold all Forex account back to Gain Capital and since then I'm unsuccessfully trying to setup trading environment in Gain Capital. Customer service is the worst I've seen in my life. For every question I have it takes no less then 2 weeks to respond with some confusing answer. So can you, please help me out setup my account to trade using FIX protocol? I would need demo account as well to test the system. Thanks. |
