Chris,
when I go here
https://gainfutures.com/forex-funding-instructions
in order ti fund my account I don't know what to put in Account ID field. Is it supposed to be my old account number or something else?

Hi Chris,
I can't login to my live account. I tried username JGrahovac and the password you provided in the previous e-mail.
So is my username JGrahovac or something else?
Also in the previous e-mail you didn't provide Account field (what used to be APIFX003265 during the testing). What value should I provide in that field?

The username JGrahovac can only be used for your Developer account. We'll email you directly your LIVE username that was provided by FuturesOnline.

What is developer account?
I tried JGrahovac using OEC API and I got:Login Failed: InvalidUserOrPassword
I also tried to use JGrahovac2 to login here:
https://myaccount.gainfutures.com/Account/Login?WLID=257
but it failed.
Can you please send me username and password?
Also what am I supposed to use in Account field (where I use APIFX003265 while testing)?
Is there any timeframe when I can call you to help me out with these issues?
It's been almost half a year since I'm trying to setup an account!!!

Please review the TWO emails sent to you:
    --Wednesday, July 12, 2017 4:39 PM ET - provided your LIVE username and Account Number. It is also provided pertinent information regarding how to access your account, how to add/withdraw funds, obtain statements, download LIVE software, etc. This email was re-sent again to you this morning, in case you did not receive it.
    --Wednesday, July 12, 2017 4:42 PM ET - provided UUID key, server, and password for your LIVE account

When I tried to login to my account using username and password you provided I received the following error message:
The following validation errors are present:
UUID: Sorry, you do not have a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) assigned to your account yet.
Your UUID is generated after your login to the 'My Account' section for the first time. When you login for the first time you are presented with a list of questions to pick from and a text box to provide your secret answer. After you submit this information, your UUID is generated.

Can you, please resolve this issue?
