API Support » Tick view is not working Jan 06, 2015 @ 04:23 PM (Total replies: 1)
Please run your original program "advanced api example". Enter with my password and user id and then enter in the form tick view. Tell me if you are no problems. If you have the same problem, please solve it. We have already payed for all the markets. When we try to access in the form tick view in the combo box to choise the market we receive an error message " Data feed is not entitled", and then we can't receive any tick information. API Support » START TIME EUR USD (2) Jun 05, 2014 @ 09:52 AM (Total replies: 0)
The mentioned problem is referred to a compiled version of OEC Api Advanced Sample. In the symbol lookup form the Conctract.startTime is wrong 01:00 instead of 00:00 (italy localtime) and the contract.Endtime is correct 23:00(in italy localtime) Alessandro Alario Alessandro Alario |

Opening the symbol lookup function on EUR-USD market "6em4" the start time is referred to as 01:00:00 instead of 00:00:00 as it should be. When you enter the tick view, you lose the time information between 00:00:00 and 00:59:59. Is there a fix to solve this problem ? Regards Alessandro Alario |

Please, Can You give us an example of C# or C++ code using the OEC.API function 'RequestTics.' ? We would use this function to retrieve tick by tick data of a single Market from the beginning of the day until the time of the request. Thank you Alessandro Alario |
