Please run your original program "advanced api example". Enter with my password and user id and then enter in the form tick view.
Tell me if you are no problems. If you have the same problem, please solve it.

We have already payed for all the markets. When we try to access in the form tick view in the combo box to choise the market we receive an error message " Data feed is not entitled", and then we can't receive any tick information.

I see data is entitled in your live platform. Is API Advanced Example connecting to api.openecry.com or prod.openecry.com port 9200? The Example is to be used as sample project on Developer servers, not typically used for production use? Did you build your own application? If so, did you complete Conformance testing?
