Opening the symbol lookup function on EUR-USD market "6em4"
the start time is referred to as 01:00:00 instead of 00:00:00 as it should be.
When you enter the tick view, you lose the time information between 00:00:00 and 00:59:59. Is there a fix to solve this problem ?

The Start and Stop times are correct on our end.

CME Exchange hours for 6E contract (EUR/USD) are:

CME Globex (ETH) Sundays: 5:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) next day. Monday – Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT the next day, except on Friday - closes at 4:00 p.m. and reopens Sunday at 5:00 p.m. CT.


Time in Chicago (CT) and Italy
• When the time is 05:00PM on Wednesday, June 4 in Chicago, it is 12:00AM on Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Italy.
• Chicago is 7 hours behind Italy.


Chicago Italy (+7h)
Wed 05:00PM Thu 12:00AM
Wed 06:00PM Thu 01:00AM


Also, I do not see issue with Tick View using our Advanced Example.EXE. Please advise.

The mentioned problem is referred to a compiled version of OEC Api Advanced Sample. In the symbol lookup form the Conctract.startTime is wrong 01:00 instead of 00:00 (italy localtime) and the contract.Endtime is correct 23:00(in italy localtime)

I see correct start and end times on our end. We report times in UTC time. Do you have correct timezone or DST settings in your operating system?

The timezone and DST setting in our system is ok. The start time and end time of the Future markets are correct (es. FGBLU4 (08:00-:22:00), FESXM4(08:00 -:-22:00) ecc.) only the currencies market have the start time not correct, the end time is correct.( es. 6EM4, 6EU4 (01:00:00-:23:00:00)). No modify was done in the original code of advanced api example. Can you help us.

I cannot make any changes as the times reported are displayed correctly on my end and other API users. The Developer environment matches the production/real trading environment as well.
