How can I send OCO and OSO orders via OEC api?

Please see OEC API Advanced Example.
There is a method btSendOCO_Click( object sender, EventArgs e ) in OrdersControls class, which contains sample code for sending OCO orders.

Regarding OSO - you should use OECClient.SendLinkedOrders(OrderDraft main, params OrderDraft[] linked) method.
